This category recognises the Botanical Garden as one of Ireland’s standout outdoor bar spaces, celebrating its unique combination of lush greenery, cocktails, music, events and adaptable design in the heart of Dublin. More than just an outdoor bar, the Botanical Garden is a year-round outdoor destination. The detailing of the space creates what we call a “concrete jungle” that feels like a mini piece of the rainforest and Ibiza at the same time. 

The Venue for Every Occasion

It has become a backdrop for some of the most important moments in our guests’ lives. We’ve hosted everything from intimate wedding celebrations and milestone birthdays to book launches and high-energy corporate dinners. It’s a place built on emotion and memory-making. 

We don’t just have one look, we change our décor, our flora and our lighting to match the time of year. This is reflected in our menu as well. We treat our drink and food offerings as an extension of the garden itself, introducing seasonal Thai-inspired cocktails and fresh dishes that resonate with the current atmosphere.

From Botanical Garden by Day to Electric Garden by Night

The space handles everything the Irish seasons throw at us, staying bright and airy during the summer sun, yet remaining warm and atmospheric during the winter months or heavy rainfall. By day, it’s a beautiful, plant-filled sanctuary; by night, it transforms into our “Electric Garden,” where disco lights and high-spec Pioneer speakers take over. By combining this “outdoor” freedom with the high-end service of a premium cocktail bar and the tech of a top-tier nightclub, we provide a unique hybrid experience that you won’t find anywhere else.
